Gift Certificate Options
Electronic gift certificate: Ready within 5 minutes of purchase.
Printed certificate: Sent via the Post of Croatia, delivered within up to 10 working days (excluding Zagreb). To order a printed gift certificate, email us at Sim@flyone.hr with your delivery address and the voucher number (received after payment).
Need to know
If you have already signed up for a session and cannot come, you should reschedule or cancel your reservation at least one day before the flight. If you don't do this, the certificate will be revoked, and the service will not be provided.
